Client Confidentiality is a core value.  IBC can encrypt confidential email correspondence through Proofpoint TLS which can require login and authentication.  Confidential client information is submitted electronically using a secure web based application.  Physical files are under lock and key, and electronic files are password protected.  All employees must sign off on IBC's guidelines of Business Ethics and Conduct, including compliance with all laws regarding confidential client information.
